Moreover, more and more administrations require this type of document before granting building permits.

It starts with a simple plan or elevations and then moves on to 3D modeling of the building using the latest generation software. After any specifications on colors, material, technical solutions, vegetation etc. that will make up the 3D drawing, we choose the most appropriate photographic frames (also evaluating the lights and shadows present in the real photographic image) and we physically insert our project into the real photograph. It is therefore possible to make corrections, for example on the colors of the facades or change the size of windows or balconies to better harmonize the environmental impact and to strictly adhere to the constraints imposed, before finding surprises once the work has begun.
